Hackers Stolen 20 Million Plus Facebook Data Credentials

Facebook said on Friday that hackers have stolen big information about 29 million users. Hackers stole access to millions of Facebook users last month. Facebook said that the information that the hackers have stolen contains the names of the users and their contact details.

Facebook had said in September that hackers had stolen the information of nearly five million users by obtaining a digital login code. However, at that time, the social media company did not say how many users information was stolen. For this reason, the accounts of many Facebook users were being automatically logout themselves.

The company said that hackers have stolen information in two ways. First name of 15 million people, contact number including phone number, email or both. Whereas, hackers have stolen the information related to username, gender, language, relationship status, religion, hometown, current city, birth date, friend list, education and job of 1.4 million people.

Facebook said that the FBI is investigating this in this regard. At the same time, we have refused to tell who is behind it. Let’s say that before the mid-term elections in America, Facebook has closed more than 800 pages and accounts. Social media company said that such posts were being posted through these pages and accounts that violate Facebook’s rules.

Accounts that have been closed will contain accounts of spamming users with unnecessary links and clickbags with political content. Facebook claims that this content could affect America’s midterm elections. Facebook has been working to eliminate misinformation and interference in elections since the Russian agents have been informed about the misuse of their services in the 2016 US presidential election.
